Market mapping: mapping the market for a new therapeutic class being developed by a UK university spin-out NHS collaboration: working with NHS clinicians to develop a therapy review toolkit to facilitate shared decision-making and improve patient outcomes Pharmaceutical insights: developing a dashboard for a UK pharmaceutical company to show medicine dispensing across NHS hospitals to inform the annual planning process Service improvement: undertaking a clinical service improvement project in collaboration with clinical teams at several UK hospitals Clinical study reporting: writing up the Phase I, II, and III clinical studies for a medicine developed by a global pharmaceutical company Health economics: developing a health economic model to inform pricing and the value proposition for a device being developed by a UK medical device start-up Business model research: researching business model options for a German university spin-out developing a medical device What You Will Do As an Associate Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Consultant, you will:
Work on diverse projects across our portfolio of clients Analyse complex problems and develop actionable recommendations Engage with healthcare professionals, payers, and other stakeholders Deliver insights and strategies regarding adoption of innovative healthcare solutions Develop your expertise across strategy, consulting, and medical communications Who You Are We are looking for someone with:
A PhD in a life sciences discipline, or a Masters' degree in life sciences with industry experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive and collaborative approach A passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes Experience in consultancy is not essential.
