Job DescriptionCampaign DevelopmentAssist in creating top-of-funnel tactics and content ideas to attract new audiences and drive engagement with our event websites and related platforms.Collaborate with the Event Production and Sales teams to identify and target key audience segments.Work closely with the Content Marketing team to develop professional, audience-focused collateral for campaigns.Audience Research and TargetingResearch audience trends, behaviours, and interests to inform campaign strategy and targeting.Partner with internal teams to ensure the right audience personas are targeted with the appropriate messaging.Campaign ExecutionSupport the execution of integrated marketing strategies for in-person and digital events, incorporating channels such as email, social media, paid ads and media partnerships.Assist in delivering multi-channel campaigns that move prospects through the funnel, from awareness to ticket purchase, and then to become advocates for The AI Summit Series.Campaign Analysis and ReportingMeasure, track, and report on the performance of audience marketing campaigns, using data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analysis to improve future marketing efforts.Collaboration and Stakeholder ManagementWork alongside the Content Marketing, Event Production and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.Liaise with external partners, including media outlets, associations and speakers, to extend audience marketing reach.Optimising Campaigns and TacticsFoster a test-and-learn approach, experimenting with new tactics and channels to continuously improve audience acquisition and conversion.Stay up to date on industry trends and audience demographics to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of campaigns.QualificationsWhat you'll need…2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within events or technology industries.Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including email, social media and content marketing.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-informed decisions.Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming new ideas to engage and grow audiences.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft audience-focused marketing messages.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple campaigns running concurrently.Additional InformationJust as no two days are the same, at Informa Tech we recognise that no two people are the same, putting diversity and inclusivity at the heart of what we do.
