Associate Legal Counsel

Associate Legal Counsel A global tech solutions business is looking for a mid-level lawyer to join their legal team.

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the position will support across operations globally, advising on a range of commercial matters with a focus on commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
You will also support across data protection, IP, and corporate.

The successful candidate will have 2-5+ years' PQE and ideally have experience drafting contracts within the technology/software sector or IP/data licensing.
