What You'll Be Doing: Lead Land Acquisition Strategy : Identify and secure land opportunities to support the company's growth plans.
Build Strong Relationships : Building and nurturing relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, and stakeholders to unlock new opportunities.
Lead the Land Acquisition Journey : Manage complete land acquisition process from bid strategy through to legal completion.
Collaboration : Collaborating with our talented teams to deliver projects that balance profit with purpose.
What We're Looking For A proven background in land acquisition , property development , or housebuilding .
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
An innovative thinker with a deep understanding of the UK planning system.
