We are currently partnering with a global private equity firm which is looking to add an investment associate to its London office. The infrastructure team has a value-add strategy and invests in mid-market companies that own and develop socially required and sustainable infrastructure.

What the job involves Involvement in the full deal lifecycleResponsible for assisting in the origination and execution of investment opportunitiesResponsible for preparing dynamic financial models, investment committee presentations and assisting with due diligencePlay a key role in asset management of new investments in the value-add infrastructure sectorLiaise on key business issues and prepare for board meetings, interact with management, and assist with quarterly client reporting Who we are looking for Experience working in a fund, investment bank or consultancy firm. Investing experience preferredTop-ranked performer within your peer groupStrong judgement and critical thinking skillsSecond European language (preferably Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian or French)
