The Role The firm are looking for a Commercial Associate / Senior Associate 2-8 PQE to join their flourishing Manchester office in the heart of the City.
You will work alongside industry leaders and will deal with all types of commercial agreements, ranging from trading agreements, complex major projects, IP and IT-related agreements, compliance, data protection, outsourcing and joint ventures.
The team advise on all commercial agreements, including in relation to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (whether through agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures.
Requirements You will be a Commercial Solicitor with at least 2-8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
