Description Providing expert and strategic compliance advice to the firm's new business team Assisting the office of the general counsel in a wide range of areas including AML, conflicts, regulatory and ethical risks for all new matters and clients Designing and implementing conflicts and compliance training for both the UK and US offices Acting as a senior point of contact for compliance queries from the new business team and fee-earners Assisting with the development and implementation of the firm's compliance policy and procedures Profile A successful 'Associate General Counsel' should have:
