Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of experience, preferably as one of the first five hires in a pre-seed start-up, and have expertise in one or more of the following: marketing, digital strategy, SEO, or sales.

Operational Excellence: Optimise daily operations, identifying and automating key processes to increase overall efficiency.
Sales and Marketing Support: Contribute to building Platter's marketing engine by helping to set up channels, execute campaigns, and analyse performance to improve reach and impact.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights and drive business growth.
Project Management: Oversee critical projects from inception through to execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure goals are met.

Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in an early stage, pre-seed start-up as a key team member (ideally one of the first five hires).
