Associate Electrical Engineer Location: Southampton / Winchester
Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)
My client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team.

You will take responsibility for projects from inception to completion to achieve outstanding results.
This leadership role involves overseeing the financial performance of projects, liaising directly with clients on fees and commercial matters, and ensuring the efficient and satisfactory delivery of multiple and complex projects.
You will report to the Project Director.

Lead electrical teams on multi-disciplinary projects
Oversee total project delivery, ensuring effective team management and delegation
Liaise directly with clients on fees and commercial matters
Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and satisfactorily
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar, ideally to master's level
Skilled in winning and delivering a range of projects
Competitive salary up to £75,000
