They are seeking a driven Associate Director / Senior Acoustic Consultant to lead projects, develop business opportunities, and mentor junior consultants.
About the Role As an Associate Director / Senior Acoustic Consultant, you will:
Lead and manage acoustic projects across building and environmental sectors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Drive business development efforts, actively pursuing and securing new client relationships to expand our market presence.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative acoustic solutions that meet project objectives.
Contribute to strategic planning and company growth, with the potential to progress into a Director position.

Minimum Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SoundPlan (or equivalent), INSUL, ODEON, EASE, and related software.
Proven experience in building and environmental acoustics with a successful project management track record.
Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and motivate teams.
Solid technical expertise in acoustic analysis, noise impact assessments, and compliance with regulations.
Full driver's license and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Experience in renewable energy projects is an advantage.
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in acoustics or a related engineering discipline; IOA post-graduate diploma preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in acoustics.
Membership in the Institute of Acoustics (MIOA).
