Your track record should evidence:A proven history of operating as an effective leader in a consulting firm in addition to senior project or programme management role primarily built around the delivery of major complex Projects/Programmes, transformational changeand/orProven experience in optimisation of the full suite of Project Controls ( schedule, cost, risk) and a deep understanding of best in class processes and tooling, project controls system deployment and transformation or process optimisation, with the skillset and qualifications to support ( Lean Six Sigma).Proven experience of management and leadership of muti-disciplinary consulting teams of between 5-20 consultants Specialist Project, Programme, Portfolio management expertise, with proven delivery acumen and a passion for the future of the profession Ideally experience in one or more sectors across Central Government, Infrastructure, Transport, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial, Financial Services, Utilities or Manufacturing preferredDemonstrable experience of influencing senior-level stakeholders, having built and sustained key relationshipsExcellent commercial awareness with strong experience of owning and managing client accounts alongside contributions to significant bids and proposalsThe passion, resilience and energy to make a difference, both internally and externallyA foundation of excellent academics and demonstrable career progression to date Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsA good spread of experience using different software/applications ( Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Primavera P6, Slack, Clarizen)Relevant professional certification - APM ChPP/PPQ; MoP; MSP; PRINCE2Experience in all, or some of the following areas will help you stand out:Delivering advisory services such as capital delivery transformations, organisational design, regulatory change, delivery efficiency and governance optimisationWorking in partnership with clients to shape the strategic direction of their organisation and implementing the change with themDelivering targeted business process improvement(s) in relation to capital investment Portfolios and major Projects/ProgrammesStanding up programme governanceDesigning and enhancing Project, Programme or Portfolio controlsDesigning and leading transformation management offices (TMO) or project management offices (PMO)Delivering quality assurance and monitoringLeading projects delivering quality assurance and monitoringTroubled Project/Programme reviews and implementing recovery plansDelivering advisory services such as Project Controls optimisations, Project Controls toolset implementations, governance optimisation, portfolio prioritisationDelivering targeted business process improvement(s) in relation to capital investment Portfolios and major Projects/Programmes Implementation of Earned Value Management in accordance with relevant national standardsOne final word from us...Everybody likes to say they're different... but we really think we are.
