What you'll do Carry out transactional work (buy side, sell side, MBOs), including managing the transaction process Prepare and review business plans and financial projections Conduct financial due diligence Prepare and review valuations Seek funding for clients, including identifying funders, completing applications, addressing queries, and agreeing on terms Write information memorandum documents for potential sales Present key information to clients, Business Advisers, and internal staff Manage multiple concurrent assignments Generate new business leads through networking and industry events Pitch for new assignments Manage a team What you'll need Be CA or ACCA qualified Experience in preparing and reviewing business plans, information memorandums, valuations, and financial projections, as well as due diligence Proven experience in Corporate Finance, including M&A, Due Diligence, Valuations, Business Planning and Funding Supervisory skills Strong attention to detail Excellent commercial awareness Prior Business development and networking experience High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge and experience of report writing Ability to identify opportunities What you'll receive Competitive salary Enhanced Pension Contributions Group income and protection scheme Family friendly leave entitlement Corporate Gym Membership Employee Referral scheme Electric Vehicle salary sacrifice scheme Hybrid working Career progression and development Opportunity to shape the Corporate Advisory team and strategy Progression opportunities, with potential advancement to Manager in the near future and, long term, Associate Director What's next?
