Associate Director - Healthcare Glasgow Salary up to £70k This leading construction consultancy firm is seeking a dynamic Associate Director to lead operations and growth across Scotland within the healthcare sector.
This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic expansion within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
You will be developing the healthcare sector within the region, so strong leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities of the Associate Director: Identify regional sector growth opportunities in alignment with national strategy.
Develop and implement regional sector plans to increase market share with both existing and new clients.
Lead business development efforts.
Champion talent development, supporting learning and development initiatives to upskill emerging leaders.
Set and maintain high standards of service delivery with a focus on continuous improvement.
Drive collaboration across sectors and regions, sharing best practices to benefit clients.
Deliver financial targets, including revenue, profit, and headcount growth.
Provide regular regional market insights to inform sector strategies.
Requirements of the Associate Director: An extensive network and in-depth knowledge of the Healthcare sector.
Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
A track record of delivering results, including financial targets and market share growth.
Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and building collaborative relationships.
Membership of RICS or a similar professional qualification.
