?Associate Director, Facilities ContractThis is an outstanding freelance opportunity for an experienced facilities and property management professional to work with a genuinely exciting, advanced therapy biopharmaceutical businesses that has ambitious plans for international growth.The leadership team is looking to bring in someone that can bridge the gap between strategy and implementation, due the ever-increasing workload.
This will include all aspects property, facilities, licensing and laboratory services.
Encompassing these categories will be a heavy focus on compliance and health and safety, given the nature of the products on the facility.To be a success, the approach for this hire will be critical.
This means building strong internal stakeholder relationships and supporting the current Director in his leadership and people management.The contract will be set for at least 6 months however, there is a pipeline of work that will likely run between at least one to two years.
