Associate Direcor - Data Analytics & Insight £85,000-£100,000 + Benefits Flexible working with office locations based in London, Leeds, Manchester, and Birmingham MBN's client, a leading independent consultancy, is in search of an Associate Director of Analytics to join their team.
They are seeking an experienced professional to help grow our clients Data & Technology consulting division, specifically within the Data Analytics team.
Their Data Analytics team plays a key role in delivering analytics solutions across multiple service lines, offering a range of expertise in areas such as value creation, transaction services, forensics, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will provide innovative data solutions for a variety of client projects, focusing on how data is gathered, stored, applied, and visualized.
Responsibilities: Support analytics for deals and transactions.
Build new data capabilities in areas such as customer profiling, segmentation, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
Develop a comprehensive data insight playbook.
Enhance delivery timelines by introducing more efficient solutions.
Act as a central point of contact for data-related projects and promote change management.
Create insightful reports and dashboards to guide strategy and predict trends.
Collaborate with the data team to determine the best infrastructure for analysis.
Lead the design of data solutions architecture for value creation.
Drive innovation in data projects and enhance team capabilities.
Requirements: Experience in data analytics, preferably in a consulting role.
Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing and reporting processes.
Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, especially in translating data insights for stakeholders.
Expertise in business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Qlik, and Tableau.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R. Strong grasp of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques (e.g., clustering).
Proven experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, MS Azure, and GCP.
Self-driven with a passion for data analytics and a quick learner of new tools and techniques.
Ability to visualize data effectively and communicate findings clearly.
Additional Skills (Optional but Advantageous): Experience with AI/ML technologies.
Familiarity with open-source tools.
Background in price modeling techniques.
Experience managing a small data team and providing mentorship.
Exposure to behavioral analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics.
