Associate Director Corporate Finance

Robert Half are partnering with a Corporate Finance boutique in Cardiff to support in appointing an Associate Director.
The Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic corporate finance team in Cardiff.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, and valuations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex corporate finance transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analysis.
Provide strategic advice to clients on a range of corporate finance matters, including M&A, fundraisings, and restructurings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including client pitches and marketing materials.
Required Skills and Experience: Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proven track record in corporate finance, with at least 5 years of experience.
Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
