At BakerHicks, our team of civil and structural engineers are nationally recognised for delivering sustainable and integrated design. Our ability to solve problems, and to work collaboratively with other disciplines throughout the design process has seen us supporting clients across the sectors. Due to growth, our London C&S team has a need for an Associate Director who is not just a people leader, but someone who can also be that technical sounding board to the team, applying your experience to support in solving design problems the team may be facing.
You will also provide input into things like project costings, client engagement and day to day management of the team. You will guide/lead the team within projects and pass down your knowledge and mentor the younger engineers in the team.
