Associate Director - Bridging Finance

Job Title: Associate Director - Bridging Finance Location: London, with a UK wide remit - hybrid working The Bank: Established and successful commercial bank that provides the full suite of business banking products throughout the UK.

The Bridging team focus on residential and commercial transactions from £2-20m throughout the UK.
Summary of Role: Working closely with the Origination team, the role has various responsibilities throughout the lending lifecycle, from supporting with new business, credit analysis and ongoing portfolio management.
Knowledge & Experience Required: Experience in a similar position ideally in a Bridging lender, however will consider candidates with a broader Real Estate Finance background Ideally knowledge of the lending lifecycle covering origination, deal structuring, on-boarding, deal execution and risk management Strong credit, financial analysis and modelling skills The Opportunity: This is an opportunity to join an established, stable and modern bank, who continue to go through UK wide growth and diversification.
