We're looking for an Associate Director - or Senior Account Director - to join our ambitious, agile and fast-growing team of 20.
In this role, you will lead a portfolio of significant client accounts, working as a trusted go-to-market and communications advisor to CEOs, Founders and senior marketers, and will have P&L responsibility for your accounts, reporting to the agency's senior leadership team.
A mentor to your account teams, you'll bring your best practice and deep industry experience to the wider agency.
We are a hybrid agency, coming together in our London and Cambridge offices for weekly team days, and also travelling to client meetings and industry events as required.
We have clients in the US, UK and Europe and international travel is an important part of the role.

What we're hiring for Candidates selected for interview will have understand how to the journey of venture backed technology companies from pre-seed to Series D, Private Equity, IPO, Acquisition, Enterprise or OEM and beyond.
You'll be fully immersed in the tech ecosystem and will be two steps ahead of global trends, with experience across some of the following: Advanced Compute and AI, Fintech, Cybersecurity and Compliance, SaaS / PaaS, Space, New Materials, Robotics, Automotive and Aerospace, to name a few.
In your career, you will have developed a 360 degree view of the marketing mix, knowing how to integrate tactics and blend with client resources to drive maximum ROI for clients.
PR and executive thought leadership is at the core of all our client accounts – you'll be a communications expert with established media relationships in global tech, business and tier one press.
You will also have a proven track record of devising integrated campaigns, setting budgets, resourcing teams efficiently, growing client accounts through great results and winning new business.

Duties and Responsibilities Primary point of contact and leader on key client accounts? Client-facing with executive presence, and a trusted and strategic advisor to C-Suite decision makers Manages account teams comprising of Account Directors, Account Managers and Senior Account Executives Works closely with Associate Directors, Associate Partner and MD on new business development and pitches? Responsible for ensuring team secure quality editorial coverage and delivering executive-friendly briefing materials Strategizing, tracking and delivering on the client's key performance indicators? Core part of new business team and able to grow existing client?accounts? Working closely with our editorial and marketing team to get content delivered, on-message and on-time? Works with Marketing Director and?Account?Directors to lead the development of next-level, dynamic case studies?
