About the Associate Director role Due to continued success, the agency is looking for a new Associate Director to head up their Corporate / B2B offering.
Reporting into the founder of the business, you'll be responsible for leading client strategy, helping to grow the offering and overseeing the team to drive success.
The ideal Associate Director candidate will: Currently work in a PR agency at Senior Account Director / Associate Director level Have worked on a breadth of B2B and corporate clients across multiple industry sectors Be able to inspire and motivate teams and develop more junior talent Be comfortable developing client strategy and delivering client counsel as well as getting hands on with content writing and media relations - this is a hands on role that requires somebody to lead from the front Have extensive new business experience, with the ability to generate and convert leads In return The Associate Director role will receive a salary up to £85k, plus the following benefits: Generous NB bonus Strong mental health policies Private healthcare Early finish Fridays.
