Remuneration:Circa £100,000+
Description:Part-time Performer Dentist required for 4 days per week in a busy, mixed specialist referral practice near Eastbourne, East Sussex.
• Up to £10,000 Performance Bonus ( UDA target dependent )
• Tues to Fri - 9am to 5pm
• 6500 UDAs @ £16.63 per UDA
• 50/50 split on private and preferred labs
• Established private and NHS list
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital x-rays
• CBCT Scanner
• Zeiss Microscope
• Apex Locator
• Full support team with Hygienist & Nurse
• Hygienist
• On-site parking
• 45 minutes from Brighton
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
