*_ _*The Hollies in Dunoon *_is a fully private practice and is looking for someone who is willing to develop themselves under our guidance and support to provide world class clinical care.
This role is ideal for any dentist, no matter what your experience, who wishes to improve their progression with a busy private practice, fully mentored clinical support, excellent remuneration, a balanced clinical/work life and a generous clinical development grant worth over £5k to be utilised within the first 2-3 years of starting.
_*Other benefits include:*_ Join an Award winning Group Training grant available worth over £5k Private practice with mixed plan and PAYG patients and continually growing Explore the potential in becoming a practice partner for long term security and growth Significant demand for treatment for restorative dentistry, implants, orthodontics and IV sedation as training progresses I/O scanner CBCT Hygienist and therapist support to maximise care and efficiency Treatment co-ordinator to support and organise your patient flow and diary management Full clinical/management support – Full treatment plan support from clinical director Elaine Halley directly with one to one sessions and through Seattle Study Club events Fully computerised with SOE, digital radiography etc Financial support to begin your training with a Diploma or MSc course Access to our group lab for support on digital planning, digital dentures and implant planning/restorations _*In house training and mentoring support including: –*_ Implant restoration 32 Co Oral surgery Labial and lingual fixed cosmetically focussed orthodontics DSD digital treatment planning IV sedation _*Candidates must have:*_ A desire to continually improve their dentistry Be willing to be mentored and attend team training events Great communication skills to build lasting relationships with patients Enjoy a team focussed approach to care Listen to one of our current Associates and why they enjoying working for us!
