As an AnalogFolk client leader, you will lead a POD of clients. In this POD, we are developing work across membership and loyalty, digital experiences, and content for our Diageo relationship.
As an Associate Client Partner, you will develop strong senior client relationships and be committed to driving their business forward through innovative work that inspires and motivates consumers. You will also be key to generating value for our clients and lead internal teams to deliver projects that achieve excellent results for the client and the agency.
Purpose: Meets and exceeds account specific revenue and profitability targets. Develops strong and strategic relationships with senior, board-level clients. Develops a deep understanding of client's business environment and consumer. Engages with clients for sale and delivery of projects. Successful delivery of projects in a timely and professional manner. Retention and motivation of a high-quality account team. Consistently strives to improve systems and processes within the department. A sharp growth mindset and ability to drive organic growth. Responsibilities: Leadership: Able to create an environment that encourages the development of ideas through problem-solving. Actively and openly expresses support for creative thinking, innovation, and new ideas. Strategic skills: Able to generate new opportunities and forecast future challenges through strategic thinking. Stakeholders: Successfully manages multiple suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure the best outcome for both client and AnalogFolk. Budget and financial management: Meets and exceeds account profitability targets. Responsible for all aspects of the monthly financial process of account management. Skills and Experience: As an Associate Client Partner, you will develop strong senior client relationships and be committed to driving their business forward through innovative work that inspires and motivates consumers.
