We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Onboarding Operations II to join our Global Collateral team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Help Clients on both the buy-side and sell-side to segregate, optimize, finance and 'transform' collateral in support of their financial strategies.
Determines the best set-up for client accounts, and articulate the level of documentation required, regulations, complexities in the market and market expectations.
Controls the opening of new accounts once due diligence on KYC and AML has been completed, reviewing the supporting Account Opening Checklist for accuracy, and conducting necessary Client training, where applicable
Provides project management for onboarding activities including planning, issue/risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation. Communicates progress to team, escalating potential issues or delays.
Responsible for overall success of less complex or small onboarding activities, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
Relevant years of total work experience. Preferred roles in financial services, experience in securities, client facing, or project management roles
Ability to multitask several different responsibilities and functions throughout the business day
Strong verbal and written communication skills while working with others
