We are seeking an Associate Client Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Client Finance Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and forward-thinking group, providing the ideal candidate with significant collaboration with our Client Services teams to ensure accurate revenue recording and forecasting.
Here are some key responsibilities for the role:
Conduct regular reviews and analysis of the financial performance of assigned agencies. Hold monthly meetings with Client Service teams to track project financial performance, covering areas such as time over fee, external budget overruns, time completion percentages, invoicing, account recovery, and forecasting. Generate and provide standardized monthly KPI reports. Collaborate with Senior Finance members to create ad hoc reports that offer insights into financial performance for agencies and the Head of Client Finance. Regularly review agency projects to ensure compliance with established guidelines. Prepare accurate monthly management reports, including commentary on KPIs and ad hoc insights for the Head of Client Finance. Keep the Head of Client Finance updated on agency performance and address any emerging issues. Work with Client Service teams, guided by Senior Client Finance team members, to deliver training on financial practices, processes, and audit requirements. Assist with month-end tracking activities. Are you the one we're looking for? The ideal candidate will ideally be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a solid commercial and financial background, able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. You should be self-motivated, highly skilled in Excel, and take pride in delivering quality work. Attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to provide accurate, timely management information and offer valuable commercial insights and financial guidance that align with the group's expectations.
