Main duties of the job This vacancy is only open to applicants from University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
We have an exciting opportunity for two Associate Chief Clinical Information Officers to join the UHS Digital team, to work closely with our Chief Clinical Information Officers, representing the clinical workforce in the design and implementation of digital solutions to deliver improvement in quality and outcomes of patient care.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities What you'll do Work with the CCIO(s), CNIO and CIO to support the digital agenda at the Trust.Support the development of a clinically-led digital culture.Ensure clinical colleagues are consulted and engaged in the design, delivery, evaluation and benefits validation of clinical information systems and services.What we're looking for MBBS or equivalent medical qualificationGMC registration with a licence to practiseExperience of working at a senior leadership level, using clinical information systems and the Trust's Electronic Patient Record.Broad knowledge of new technologies and their potential for application in healthcareAdditional Information Individuals wishing to apply must be registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
The successful candidate will be employed under the terms and conditions of service for Consultants (England) 2003.
