You will bring knowledge of the industry and an understanding of how Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and new entrants operate from a business perspective.
In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team that thrives in an autonomous environment, working together to identify innovative solutions and successfully implement them.
You'll receive support, training, coaching, and mentorship from senior members within the team and product group.
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about international money movement, the cross-border payments market, and how banks and PSPs are reshaping the industry today.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members from different departments to gather business requirements and transform them into effective product strategies.Collaborate with the technical product managers and development to act as a customer advocate during the product development lifecycle.Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitor activities.Work with key stakeholders to define the business case of your solution, including understanding of customer value, market segmentation, adoption strategy and cost analysisSupport the definition of the value proposition, positioning and pricing of your solution to maximize adoption and usage within our communityContribute to product roadmaps and work with key stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer needs and aligning them with the overall goals of the organization.Continuously monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for product enhancements.Stay updated with industry advancements and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on product features and functionalities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology.3+ years of experience in product management in the payment industry, preferably at a PSP.Skilled in gathering and interpreting data to support decision-making processes.Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.Familiarity with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and industry regulations would be a great advantage.Preferred QualificationsExperience in working with international teams and managing global products.Certifications in product management or related fields.Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this role in London, UK is competitive and commensurate with experience.
