CK2452401 - Associate Building Surveyor Winchester - Salary Commensurate with experience We are currently looking to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor, at Associate level, to join an existing team.

You will have aspirations to progress your career, with the potential to become a Director.
You will be a skilled communicator and have a collaborative approach when working with colleagues and clients alike.

Conduct rigorous technical reviews to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications: Ideally you will be MRICS Qualified Extensive consultancy experience, particularly with public sector projects Strong commercial acumen and proven business development skills Exceptional client-facing and communication abilities Comprehensive technical knowledge and analytical skills Comprehensive Benefits Package: Generous Leave: 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with options to buy/sell additional days.
