What You'll Be Doing: Leading your team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Mentoring and supporting junior staff while managing workloads and performance.
Handling everything from diagnosing defects to contract administration, specification writing, and managing JCT contracts.
Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring projects meet their expectations.
Contributing to the business by helping develop strategies, winning new work, and improving best practices.
What You'll Need: MRICS/FRICS qualification with a proven track record in project delivery and team management.
Experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis, contract administration, and delivering both new build and refurbishment projects.
A collaborative, client-focused approach and the ability to develop junior talent.
Strong construction knowledge and the confidence to identify risks, solve problems, and propose the right solutions.
