As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking to appoint an Associate Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) to be based in any one of our 15 x UK offices.

You can expect to become involved in: Leading in the delivery of portfolios of work across both the private and public sector Preparation of designs, feasibility studies, reports, and contract documents Contributing to winning work; providing input to bid submission writing and the estimating and compilation of fee proposals.
Your core duties will include: Managing contracts Planning and managing the financial performance of projects Team management, design delivery and dealing directly with clients, contractors and other construction professionals.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have: Significant experience of mechanical building services / HVAC design (ie.
domestic water services, ventilation, heating, cooling) Experience in leading leading a team.
Hands on knowledge and understanding of IES, Hevacomp and AutoCAD; Knowledge of current legislation e.g.
UK Building Regulations, also Low/Zero Carbon Technologies and BREEAM Good verbal communication – able to discuss work, coach and supervise employees Chartered Engineer (CEng) or IEng, BEng with mechanical engineering experience In order to stand out from the crowd, it is desirable for you to have: Business development and proposal writing experience Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements Resource planning and management experience Experience with Revit MEP About Us Our nationwide multidisciplinary team of 650+ work collaboratively to deliver outstanding places and spaces that create lasting value for local communities.
