Role Overview: Due to continued growth, our client is looking for people with analytical skills who have a passion for Fund Monitoring and want to work in an environment where you are trusted and pushed to be the best you can be.
This role will be based in London, and you'll be part of a 15-20 strong office, with the flexibility to work from home and hybrid.
Ideal Candidate: Genuine desire to build a career in Fund Monitoring 5 years Quantity Surveying/ PM experience with due diligence OR over 3 years of Bank Monitoring Previous consultancy experience Relevant construction/engineering degree MRICS chartered Good written report writing skills and knowledge of Technical due diligence.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Compensation: On offer for this role is a basic salary of up to £85,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) plus a flexible benefits package, including pension, healthcare, and a leading bonus of up to 20% per annum (payable twice per year).
