Are you an experienced Delivery Architect with a passion for creating progressive architectural responses while preserving the integrity of historic buildings?
This is your opportunity to join a collaborative, innovative, and employee-owned practice renowned for its award-winning designs and commitment to excellence in heritage and cultural projects.

This position is based in the Manchester studio, with 4 days per week in-office.

About the Role You'll contribute to a range of prestigious cultural and heritage projects across the northwest of the UK, working across public, cultural, prime residential, and higher education sectors.
With many current projects at the construction stage, your focus will be on hands-on technical delivery while supporting the team's growth and success.

This role provides an excellent platform to use your leadership skills to mentor colleagues, manage projects, and strengthen client relationships, all while contributing to a sustainable future for heritage buildings.

Skills & Qualifications 10 years post-qualification experience.
Expertise in project delivery and management.
Strong design, technical, and conservation skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building and Planning regulations.
Demonstrated experience across all RIBA stages.
Proficiency in BIM/Revit (essential).
A proactive, organised approach to work with exceptional communication skills.
Leadership experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
Commercial awareness with the ability to ensure project financial success.
Desirable: AABC or RIBA SCA/CA accreditation.
Key Responsibilities Deliver work packages across all RIBA stages, with a focus on technical and construction phases.
Collaborate with clients, public officials, and subconsultants, representing the studio with professionalism.
Contribute to identifying and securing new project opportunities.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Ensure sustainable and innovative solutions for heritage projects.
