Civil Engineering or Transportation), or experience of working in Highway Development Management or land use planning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience of interpreting and writing technical and non-technical reports.
Effective negotiation with internal and external organisations, such as developers or Local Planning Authorities.
Experience of conducting packages of transport analysis or assessment work.
Knowledge of the planning process as it relates to highways and transportation.
Be able to work to tight timescales and to agreed targets.
