The Role as an Assistant Town Planner As an Assistant Town Planner, you'll support senior professionals in delivering planning solutions for clients.
You'll gain hands-on experience in site appraisals, planning applications, and stakeholder engagement while building your expertise in planning policy and development processes.
What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Town Planner Conducting site appraisals and planning research.
Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
Collaborating with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Supporting the team with strategic planning advice.
Staying informed about planning policy and regulatory changes.
What We're Looking for as an Assistant Town Planner A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI-accredited preferred).
Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive approach and a passion for problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A full UK driving licence.
