Assistant Tax Manager - Study Support Offered

Our client is a leading international group searching for an Assistant Tax Manager to join their in-house tax team in Castle Donington.
As an Assistant Tax Manager, you will report to the Senior Tax Manager and play a pivotal role in this growing tax function.
As you take your first step into industry, your broad ranging responsibilities include: 1.
Preparation and review of the UK tax compliance and computations.
2.
Assist in reviewing the year-end tax provision accounting.
3.
Provide detailed advice on corporate restructuring, M&A, and international tax issues.
4.
Support with the R&D claims, withholding tax, and transfer pricing initiatives.
5.
Build relationships across the UK group and the international offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your experience beyond corporate tax compliance and you will work closely with the Senior Tax Manager and Tax Director.
To be considered for this position, you should either be qualified (ATT/CTA/ACCA/ACA) or be in the process of your studies.
Study support will be provided with close mentorship.
You will need a strong foundation in UK corporate tax matters and be enthusiastic to develop your skills.
Unfortunately, this role will not offer visa sponsorship.
In return, you will receive a salary of £55,000-£60,000 base depending on your experience plus a discretionary bonus and a host of benefits.
The tax team follow a hybrid pattern of 2 days in the office.
