Assistant Store Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join an entrepreneurial growing heritage mens brand as a Assistant Manager in their flagship store in central London.
Responsible for increasing sales, increase brand loyalty and to maintain exceptional customer service, and merchandising standards within the brand area.
Key Responsibilities: Merchandise stock in line with brand guidelines and Concession stock holding/capacity Maintain, tidy and recover area Prioritise newness and create inspiring displays of the stock Assist with relevant mark downs Organise Shift rotations and holidays scheduling Complete special orders Supervise sales staff - train and develop Have an awareness, understanding and promoted customer service expectations.
Closing the sale in line with guidelines and using individual brand selling skills to support this.
Key Requirements: Strong experience working with a Luxury brand Excellent communication skills Outstanding Customer Service Skills Customer focused with natural ability to build rapport, talk fashion and inspire our customers.
Ability to utilise personality and communication skills to sell the product to customers.
Ability to motivate and lead the brand area.
