Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership : Inspire, motivate, and develop your team to achieve retail excellence.
Sales Target Achievement : Drive store sales performance, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Customer Experience : Ensure a fantastic shopping experience for all customers.
Visual Merchandising : Implement displays that attract customers and boost sales.
Store Operations : Support the Store Manager in running the day-to-day retail operations.
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in retail, ideally as a Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent customer service and team development abilities.
A background in fashion or accessories is a plus.
As Assistant Manager, you'll be hands-on, leading from the front during peak periods and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
