Assistant Site Manager We have an opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a long standing reputable Main Contractor with a strong pipeline of work ahead across different sectors.
About the role of Assistant Site Manager You will be supporting the current Site Manager in the successful delivery of a commercial project in Eastbourne.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone who is looking to develop and progress their career and gain invaluable knowledge in different projects.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Site Manager: Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising construction projects to completion Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies Liaise with subcontractors and site workers to ensure smooth project execution Help in scheduling and coordinating project tasks Conduct site inspectionsRequirements Previous experience as an assistant site manager with a main contractor Strong knowledge of Construction methods, materials and tools Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively CSCS, SSSTS, 1st Aid What we offer This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join reputable contractor and progress their career, with a personal progression plan and exciting new projects across commercial, residential and education.
