Assistant Site Manager

Job Description Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire 2x Assistant Site Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
\n \n The company: \n Our client in a large new build housing developer who deliver high quality homes across the country.
They have a large scheme that has just started in Cheltenham with more sites starting in the area soon.
\n \n The role entails: \n Working alongside the Site manager \n Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site \n Liasing with clients \n Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project \n \n Essential requirements: \n 3 years minimum experience in new build housing.
\n Driving licence and own transport.
\n \n What are we looking for?
