Job summary The post holder is responsible for the effective coordination of specific projects and service developments within Women's services.This will include ensuring that all financial and operational activity and information objectives are achieved within agreed deadlines together with effective day to day support to the management teams.The post holder will provide clear managerial support to the Service Management Team and clinical Service Leads, in the delivery of activity targets and best practice tariff.The post holder will support the line management of back office and front of house A&C teamsThe post holder will contribute and be intrinsically involved in the development of service developments reflecting those in the Business Plans and will support the development of business opportunities for Women's Services .
Main duties of the job To work in partnership with the Senior Management Team and Clinical Directors in delivering the objectives of the Division Service.To be clear about service direction and approach in all aspects of service developmentTo facilitate and drive change across the Directorates in line with the Divisional change agenda and to do so in conjunction with Management team colleagues and service leadsEnsuring that all staff understand the best practice tariff pathways, targets and systems and to support staff in the delivery of those targetsTo assist with Auditing, Report writing and Business Case development for Women's services.
