We're looking for a leader that lives and breathes striving for customer excellence!This is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week from Sunday through to Thursday.
Key responsibilities will include:Coaching and mentoring team members to meet and exceed targetsBeing accountable for the profitability of the store/s within the Profit Centre (PC)Making sure administrative and audit processes are followedMaintaining the integrity of inventoryMaking sure our stores are a safe environment for our people and customers through actively promoting our "Safe Home Every Day" frameworkSkills and Experience:To be successful in this role, you'll bring:Relevant retail experience, ideally in a big-box retail settingPrior experience of managing staff Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and sales skillsA high level of business acumen and excellent communication skillsThe ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated, and work as a team playerFlexibility to work rostered shifts including weekends
