Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Role The ARM role is responsible for assisting the AGM and GM with the running of the daily operations of the restaurant and observing and managing service standards excellence.
Reinforcing the restaurant's vision, the ARM leads by example, shares skills and knowledge, and model behaviours to inform, inspire and motivate others to achieve the highest levels of guest care.
Welcoming each guest in a personal manner, the ARM ensures the smooth running of the service and that each guest enjoys the experience at its finest.
Skills and Experience requirement The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience working as a Supervisor or Head Waiter, in a well-established restaurant.
He/she will have refined skills in all aspects of table service and maintenance.
Asian cuisine knowledge is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
