Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Contracted Hours: 45 hours WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Supporting Performance: Assist in managing and elevating the restaurant's performance.
Team Development: Coach, train, and inspire your team to greatness.
Achieving Excellence: Help hit KPIs to maintain our high standards.
Smooth Operations: Assist with weekly admin tasks to keep the restaurant running like clockwork.
