Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for: Assisting with the commercial management of construction projects from start to finish Working with the commercial team to ensure all financials and contracts are delivered within cost and budget Providing reports and administration for pre-construction and subcontract appointments Monitoring valuations and applications through procurement and payments Demonstrating an awareness of risk management Supporting on dispute resolutions The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need: Previous experience working in a QS based junior level role Construction industry experience in a commercial role Quantity Surveying degree Good communication skills This role is a great opportunity to join a company with ambitious plans and a strong track record of delivery, working in a dynamic and supportive team.
