Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities :Assist in managing subcontractor relationships, tenders, and budgets.Support the preparation of cost reviews, profit/loss analyses, and CVR reports.Help implement cost control measures and maintain supply chain sustainability.Work closely with the team to ensure accurate contract administration.Assist with payments and ensure timely processing.What We're Looking For:Experience in a Quantity Surveying role or relevant academic qualification.Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Willingness to learn and develop within the housebuilding sector.Familiarity with tendering and contract administration is advantageous.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment with a leading company.
