Our client, a build environment consultancy, is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
You will engage in various projects across sectors such as residential, education, retail, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure; this role will offer the opportunity to work both on pre and post contract stages.

Your core responsibilities will be: Providing cost estimates for building projects.
Attendance and involvement to contract meetings Evaluating and reporting on tenders Evaluating costs and providing alternate proposals.
Providing guidance on contract terms and conditions for building construction.
Advising on the impact of construction methods and materials.
Preparing monthly cost reports and final accounts.
Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor's degree (Surveying, RICS accredited course) .
Previous experience working in a consultancy environment.
Motivated to become an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor .
