PMO team.Support delivery of the Trusts projects and programmes.Support the production of documentation relating to the projects andBAU.To provide support to the Theatre and other ProgrammesOperate, maintain, and provide support in the use of the PMO toolset.Co-ordinate and provide support for relevant project managers meetings.Establish and maintain the Trusts project documentation library.Assist in the production of key project documentation.Assist in conducting project audits.Other project duties as and when required.Effectively plan, resource, and monitor small-scale projects, withsupport of Project Support Officer.Direct and motivate the project teamIdentify and manage all stakeholders.Agree any delegation and use of project assurance roles required by relevantProject board.Prepare Project, Stage and, if necessary, Exception Plans inconjunction with Team Managers, and appointed project assurance roles, andagree them with relevant Project Boards.Manage business and project risks, including the development ofcontingency plans.Support with workprioritisation.Deliver key governance documentation in association with projectdelivery.Please refer to job description.

Job description Job responsibilities Assistant Project SupportOfficer to support the managementof the Programme Management Office with the delivery of the Trusts keystrategic programmes and projects.
Closelyengaging with all levels of staff and suppliers to deliver the required deliverablesin compliance with the Trusts governance processes.

Person Specification Skills and knowledge Essential Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and experience of supporting and training other users if required Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to communicate project details as they develop and change Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to multiple and challenging deadlines Experience Essential NHS experience in an administrative role Experience of administrative procedures including co ordinating and managing the administration of meetings at a Senior level Experience of data collection and use of information for decision making Experience of action tracking and resolution Qualifications Essential 5 GCSEs or equivalent inc. Maths and English Desirable Project Management Qualification APM or PRINCE2 or willingness to gain suitable qualifications.
