Assistant Project Manager (Structural & Fit Out)

Job Responsibilities Read and understand structural drawings (including steel work and possibly rebar) Demonstrate experience coordinating high-risk trades such as steel fixers, welders, and ground workers Manage and coordinate trades, resolving issues through agreement Have a robust approach to health and safety, demonstrating experience managing plant and equipment and working at height Carry out site inductions Hold Daily Coordination Meetings Read, evaluate, and review RAMS Complete daily diaries and site management paperwork including PUWER Be able to clearly and confidently communicate in person and on the phone Be IT literate, including emails and Dropbox Be able to communicate with the client and the professional team #J-18808-Ljbffr
