Logging, coordinating and communicating the change requests generated from both the Construction/Delivery teams and L&P teams by following the defined process.
Assisting the Programme Manager with the reporting on the progression of Area level deliverables to the Programme Delivery Board and where required more broadly within HS2, on a routine and ad hoc basis Supporting the L&P programme manager in ensuring the programme is developed, maintained and analysed in order to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
Assisting the Programme Manager in identifying and ensuring that appropriate mitigating actions are implemented to address potential milestone slippages Interfacing with other HS2 functions including community engagement and health, safety and security to ensure the achievement of the broad suite of objectives in relation to the delivery of land Information Management including the maintenance of all programme information in Share point folders Adhere to HS2 Ltd's Health and Safety policies.
About You: Skills: Communication skills, including developing stakeholder relationships and the ability to adopt different styles with different stakeholders Analysis skills, particularly in relation to the analysis of issues within delivery programmes, cost and risk An ability to work effectively across teams and lead delivery through matrixed relationships Innovative and critical thinking skills with relation to managing programme deliverables and competing priorities Knowledge: Knowledge of best practice project and programme management techniques Experience: Experience of managing stakeholder relationships Experience of delivering accurate and relevant reporting Experience of implementing analytical techniques to understand data The post-holder is expected to behave at all times in a manner consistent with the HS2 values of Safety, Leadership, Integrity and Respect.
