Assistant Procurement Officer

ONEAssistant Procurement Officer URGENTLYneeded to assist the Regional Purchasing Team in Ballymena.
This team is responsible for ordering supplies and equipment to the Northern Health and Social Care Trust Locations.
The hours of work for this post will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a rate of pay of £11.67.
The main job duties of this post will consist of buying supplies and equipment from pre approved suppliers and helping users with any questions or issues related to purchasing and procurement.
You will also be required to assist in sorting out invoicing problems within the HSCNI shared services to pay suppliers on time, answer questions from suppliers and work with colleagues across various sites on purchasing matters.
What We Need From You Previous experience operating purchasing and procurement processes.
Previous experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc).
